Or Comment below. Much like the band "All But Over" did below. Check them out, They're pretty good ;)
Foo Fighters
With the Foo Fighters coming out with a new cd, there is no doubt they were surely be a contender when it comes to the best rock bands all time. That is why there is no reason they shouldn't be on this list. Their new cd is called Wasting Light and it will surely keep their fans happy, and give us some great singles. There is no doubt Foo Fighter's front man Dave Grohl is a top musician and that isn't to be taken lightly. He is an ape on them drums, obvious, from Nirvana. He can play so many instruments well.. The guy is a musical genius, and that is why no doubt they are deserve to be on here.
Wolfmother
Now I've just found this band recently. The first thing that I read was the name Wolfmother, that kind of intrigued me. Then I was told to listen to Joker and the Theif, I searched Youtube and this is the very first video I saw.
I was very impressed, mainly because it was live. It sounded like they knew how to play their instruments, and they play them pretty well. So I decided to download the whole CD. I ended up really liking it. It is different no doubt, but it is still rock and a lot better than most of the stuff I hear on the radio. They are actually pretty popular and this particular video already has over a million views. I'd never heard of them. Luckily for me their new cd comes out very soon. They are talking November 2011!!
Staind
This was the first band that I fell in love with. And to me it is probably the 1 band that I will say is a top rock band of my generation. There is no doubt people fell in love with these guys, for their song Outside.. Which happened to be my least favorite, in fact I didn't like it at all. When that song made them famous, it really made me mad all those years ago. Luckily they kept their music at a high level and for that, there is not doubt you should still be listening to these guys. It is unconfirmed when their new CD will be release, but my guess is late 2011, early 2012.. Hoping for earlier though, but don't want them to rush! Buy from Amazon now!
30 Seconds to Mars
With some really catchy tunes and some great CDs, these guys are still worth a listen. They are not my favorites on this list, but there is no doubt many people love them. I am not huge on the singer, but the music is really good. Not that the singer is bad or anything, he just doesn't stick out like many of the bands on this list certainly do. There is no doubt if you like rock you will like at least some of their songs. I have heard about 4 or 5 of them total and all were above average, which is saying a lot when it comes to me.
Shinedown
Now I really like Shinedown. One of the few bands that I picked up from the radio. Most of the music played on Chicago's Q101 is just awful, so I was shocked to hear a good song that I had never heard. "Crow and the Butterfly" was the first song I liked, and there were plenty more to follow, be sure to check out their new single "diamond eyes." You'll certainly like what Shinedown has to offer, because there is no doubt that I do. If you don't like any of their songs, I'd be shocked.. Either that or I'd think that you were lying to me. My favorite song is probably Second Chance.
Lo-Pro
This might be the first band that you haven't heard of. Don't worry its got the singer of Ultraspank.. Oh you don't know them either huh? Ha, well thats okay, with a great singer and great music, I really love these guys when I'm working out. My favorite songs by Lo-Pro are "Fuel" and "Sunday." They are certainly tops on my list of songs all time, there is no doubt about that. If you are looking for a new band to like, try this one. Between these guys, Parabelle, and 10 Years you guys should be set for a while. Although 10 Years must be popular by now, been pushing them for ages :)
Stone Sour
Let me tell you I am a much bigger fan of Stone Sour than Slipknot. Although when I got Slipknots first CD I really loved some of their songs. I've grown up a bit and am not as in to that HARD, HARD rock like I used to, and there is no doubt Slipknots singer could sing. So when I heard he was in another rock band I jumped on them immediately. I really love their song "bother" and many others, but this does not mean I do not like Slipknot, just not near as much as these guys. I would compare Stone Sour to a little more like "Wait and Bleed." Although that song is even a little harder than most of Stone Sour's songs. Either way, it is useless not liking one or the other, both have many great attributes.
Alter Bridge
Here is another one of my absolute favorite bands. And for good reason, not only is the music great, but the vocals are incredible with Myles Kennedy. Lets not forget that Alter Bridge is Creed, minus the lead singer. So you know the melodies are going to be great, because there is no question Creed has some really catchy songs. I happen to be a way bigger fan of Alter Bridge than I ever was of Creed, and I liked Creed.
Anyways this is certainly a band you should check out. They have some harder stuff, softer stuff and everything in between.
3 Doors Down
When it comes to just some good old fashioned rock. There is no doubt I can turn to 3 Doors Down. This might be the only band on my list that older people really like as well. Not too many people realize how many songs they actually know by these guys. One of their songs was on a Geico commercial, and I really liked that song "Let Me be Myself:
Anyways beweet 3 Doors Down and Lifehouse, I can't really get enough of either of those bands. Very impressive and they really know how to make some great music. This band will certainly go down as one of the best bands all time.
I just picked up their new album Time of My Life, and When You're Young is really one of my favorites already.
Parabelle
Parabelle is an emerging band that I just happen to love. I have not been in love with a band this much since I found 10 Years so many years ago. When it comes to great vocals and easy to listen to music, Parabelle certainly delivers. They have some incredible songs, my first suggestion would be their song "More". Which I absolutely love to work out to, or just listen to in general. Kevin Matisyn, the lead singer, was previously in a band called Evans Blue who now has a new singer.
Many old Evans Blue fans, still have not heard the new Parabelle cd, along with the new Evans Blue cd. Both really are worth the listen.
Assuming you know Shoot it Out, here is their best song..
10 Years
Like I tell everyone, there is no doubt in my mind that 10 Years is one of the best rock bands out there, if not the best. The singer is pretty much incredible and man do they sound awesome live. If you want a great concert and a band to listen to for the long haul, then you need to hear 10 Years. I personally am a bigger fan of Parabelle at the moment, but that does not mean that 10 Years isn't a better band. But Parabelle is newer and 10 Years has consistently made great songs and incredible albums.
If you have not heard 10 Years yet, man you are missing out.
This band has become mainstream lately, as I have heard some of their songs on the radio. Shoot it Out is one of their more commercialized songs, but I feel that most of their other songs are better. And believe me I like "Shoot it out". My suggestions for songs you must hear. "Wasteland" Many consider this to be their best song. I love "waking up" and every other song they have, so have fun!

DeadCityRadio is a new band that is coming out this year with a debut "Post Traumatic Tales" in Fall '11. Unlike much of what you hear today, it's a blend of all different kinds of rock, from indie to industrial.
